Hi. My situation is that I won an auction and apparently the seller was
expecting bigger bids and now don't want to ship item. I already paid
but payment is in progress and seller don't want to accept it. I can
cancel payment and give a negative feed...
After waiting for a week willing to sell an item the winning bidder ask
for a cancellation. For what i have read there is an implicit obligation
of the bidder to pay for the item, or not??
