Buyer returned an item, I refunded her for it, but now she sent me her Temu (I think) return too.

This is a strange case. I willingly accept returns- I have had only 2 so far. The latest one- I received the returned item and I refunded the buyer's funds and that all went well. Some times people just don't like what they buy when they get it.But.....

I accepted an offer, buyer hasn't paid or communicated with me. I did send a friendly reminder.

Hi-I accepted an offer on an item I had for sale on May 31st. It is now June 2 and I have not heard from the buyer yet and I didn't get paid either. I think I saw to wait for 4 days..and then what? Do I try messaging them again? It hasn't been 4 days...
