Sold item for local pickup, buyer paid but won't make contact to pick up item

I sold a stereo and the buyer paid. It was listed as local pickup only and when I sent a counter offer I restated that it is local pickup only. The buyer won't make contact with me regarding picking the item up. What am I supposed to do?
