Why am I not able to message a buyer, or potential buyer that I have
communicated with prior? I get a message stating I have exceeded the
amount of messages etc????
If I offer free returns why does it have to be 30 returns? Can't I note
3 day returns? 30 days seems outrageous! What if the buyer has an item
uses it then it breaks within 30 days, am I supposed to accept the
return and pay shipping? I am confused?
