Buyer wanted to return pantsuit. Couldn't print label. I gave her my
address. I have not received the item and she has a dispute in with
Paypal so I cannot get my money. I have sent her 4 messages and she's
not responding. What do I do?
I was in the hospital during 2 of my "late shipments". I was able to
contact my buyers from my bedside and they understood, however, it's
being reported on as a mark against me on my late shipment report. Is
there a way I can get these removed?
