I possibly been scammed by a buyer. He created an account on the day of
purchase. I paid the whole price but just issued a unauthorized payment,
not my payment is under hold. I already shipped the item, what should i
do, pls help!!!
I got scammed, but i realized that he was a scammer, so i didn't receive
payment or send out my item. I opened a case, but it says even though i
didn't sell my item, they are still charging me for it?

this, all I did was I called the paypal support, and they lifted my

Yes, thank you.I do have a tracking number and it's provided straight
from paypal. (I bought the postage from paypal) I shipped to the address
