eBay app does not work on my iPad mini

I have an older iPad mini. It has iOS 9.3.5. On 5 Jun 2020, the app told me to get an update. I went to the iPad store and was told that app does not exist in the US store. Until the 5th of Jun, everything was fine. Looking for a solution.
