Item was listed for 6 days. Shipping cost was shown as very reasonable.
I won the item but seller cancelled. Claims he listed it by mistake.
Also claims that eBay was supposed to cancel and also that eBay sent me
the message that was sent by him sayi...
I purchased an item, paid via paypal, seller marked as shipped, then
eBay removed listing and I have no way to contact seller. It's like the
item never existed. What's going on?
It is not about being bad or good. What if the seller was reimbursed for
their lost shipment by USPS, and I've been reimbursed by ebay for not
getting my item. Then my item arrives. ( it hasn't ). Then what?
But then it would be on the seller for sending something of value say
$100+ without insuring it. Packages get lost all the time and I wouldn’t
ship a higher value item with insurance. That would be silly on my part,
unless I didn’t care.
Wouldnt the seller have made a claim with USPS or whoever it was shipped
with to get their money back?I don't mind paying for an item refunded
that did show up eventually, but if the sellers already gotten a refund
then why should they get paid twice...
