eBay

I'm in the USA and a buyer in Uk wants an item. I have international shipping selected for all items in my account. The UK buyer says there is no option for him to buy. What's going on?

Packed up and weighed an item on Ebay Nov 2, 2022, sold it four days later. Ebay charged the buyer $13.55 but the label cost be $14.95 ??? Called Ebay and they wanted to install TeamViewer App on my phone, but I hung up because it all seemed too fish...
