USPS says that they “dropped off” my item yesterday. No photo to show
delivery. No package at my home. I wonder where they “dropped off” my
delivery. My neighbors in my building were home all day and saw no
package.
My bank account was charged a Promoted Listing fee, but none of my
listings have sold. That should only be charged if a customer has viewed
the listing and then purchased one of the listings.
