What do you do if you refund a buyer for an item not delivered, and the item arrives later? The item was mailed 20 days ago, and the tracking says that it is in transit, arriving late. The buyer wants a refund.

I am posting an item that I want to sell as "but-it-now", but I can't get rid of the auction option. I get a message saying "You can't change this listing to a Buy It Now format". How do you get the BIN option??

Finding the right category for items I want to sell has always been frustrating. Why doesn't Ebay make it so you can just search for an existing posting of the same or similar item, and then have a "Sell a Similar Item" button?

Can't find my "sold" page. Why does ebay make it so hard to find your list of items sold.
