I turned on 'easy pricing' but the prices are not reduced at all, not on the timeframe indicated by the easy pricing notes, or even within a few days of listing expiring

I want to list a man's leather vest in men's clothing- accessories- vests but ebay says it is not valid category. ?? I chose it off the list.
