have been that there was nothing he could do on my income tax return to

Yea,I live in Sylvania Ohio. I now purchase my coins, gold and silver
bullion from coins shops either in Ohio or Michigan since I am right on

I don't think it is easy to do a class action suit against Ebay. That is
because if you are a member you have most likely agreed to not engage in
a class action suit. I think it is in the member agreement. I think the
best bet is small claims court. ...
The best thing to do is not to buy from them. I have also been charged
tax and I live in Ohio that is tax exempt. I have tried everything. I no
longer purchase on this platform. Ebay will not help you. Best Of Luck
