filed a claim with PayPal but PayPal can't validate the tracking

I gave them the screeshots of the tracking ESUS provided by ebay, te
"delivered" section. Cannot find anywhere the shipping label where the
USPS tracking number was, can't reopen and check the label already
printer and used, ebay told me to call USPS...
HI! how did you solve this? my buyer opened a case for unauthorized
transaction and I wasn't able to prove I shipped it and it was showing
as delivered, because paypal said "we couldn't verify the tracking
number"
