Paypal shows paid...ebay shows paid...till you click on item then ebay says pending...seller says it tells him 24hrs...but it's been over 24hrs..what's going on?

I had a scam try to get me to sell him an item before end of auction... I reported...now ebay sends me email accusing me of trying to sell outside of auction
