Wonder if others have experienced the problem I have had with the eBay seller? I have tried multiple times to bid on items put out for auction only to receive the message the seller isn't accepting bids from me. I reached out to eBay customer service...

I want to search only for a particular item. For example when I enter 1871 two cent piece I get stamps and other two cent dates. Are there special characters or something else I should be doing to only view what I actually want to see>
