how do I contact ebay to talk to a real person

I want to file a complaint about ebay seller that I think ebay is protecting and is connected to a scammer!

scammed by someone who had my ebay info

because ebay has no phone numbers on website i googled for a phone number to customer service and called that number they had all my ebay info but scammed me out of thousands of dollars. Why does ebay not have phone numbers on website.
