Item listed on my sellers name, sold. Money was paid. Now during
packaging, I noted a flaw, that makes the item non saleable. I want to
know how to refund the buyers money, and not pay Ebay fees... Thanks.
Having a hard time doing this... Help?
My current Ebay invoice shows I sold a single item two times, and was
thusly charged TWO final value fees. These fees were collected, but my
PayPal account shows I refunded one of the sales. I should get a final
value refund for the one item refunded...
