was anybody else having trouble listing yesterday? Like their website was too busy?

After I got my listing completed and hit post it never completed the posting

Buyer gets money back because they don't remember the purchase

I send eBay proof of my shipping after the buyer has no recollection of the purchase and eBay still awards them their money back. To top it off the buyer is no longer a register user. I WANT TO TALK TO A REAL PERSON ABOUT THIS AT EBAY...CAN'T SEEM TO...

If a buyer recieved an item that was sent using FedEx Smart and it didn't arrive on time can they simply mark return to send on the package? seller agreed to do this and pay for the return...who would get billed from FedEx if it was marked Return To ...

I sold an item last night ...a Buy it Now with a Best Offer...it was $19.00...she offered $10.00 and I countered at $14.00 plus the $6.00 shipping and she bought it...I see she was charged the original $19.00 plus $6.00 shipping. It has all gone thro...
