Glitch where if I copy the text from a message & paste it anywhere - it will paste it "DOUBLE" Has anyone else seen this. It has been like this for a very long time now... you would think eBay would have fixed this by now!!

OK guys, I need help here. ebay is selling my items for LESS $ than I have them listed for. sometimes up to 30% OFF. I do not have a "best offer" option turned on, and I DID NOT SEND OUT any offers on this item. this is a new "SMART BEST OFFER" thing...

Normally I raise/lower the price on all of my items using the bulk listing tool, and I also in turn raise/lower the "Auto accept" and "Auto decline" prices by the same amount. With the "NEW AND IMPROVED" Bulk listing tool... I do not see this option?...
