I had two $80 transactions that were refunded through the dispute
process. My Paypal account clearly shows two -$80 retail payments to
ebay, but on the resloution page it still says I need to reimbuse ebay.
Why is this?
Sorry, forgot to update. A few days later I received emails on both of
these transactions saying that ebay had refunded the seller with my
Paypal balance and that it was now completely closed. I guess there was
just a delay between ebay taking the mo...
jmc_retail thanks for telling me your story, so I know this has happened
before. However it does not seem like I'm going to have an easy time
getting this resolved. I just don't want to pay an extra $160 if Paypal
already gave it to ebay.
I am the seller. Disputes were opened for two $80 items. I tried to
refund with the funds that Paypal heald, but I kept getting an error
message both on Ebay and Paypal, so I had to wait for the claims to get
escalated and let ebay handle the refund....
