I have taken down all of my listings due to the USPS delays. I may try
to start selling again in January using FedEx or UPS. If I hear that
USPS have things under control again I will give them another chance.

I think they were talking about how a seller can be proactive and let
their buyers know about delays and why they are occurring but, yeah, I
agree with you. We sellers should not be punished for holding up our end
of the bargain by shipping things on...
I have started getting INR cases as well due to USPS delays and will
have to start refunding purchases soon. I have decided to take down all
my listings until January, or so. I will probably use FedEx instead of
USPS when I try to start back up again...
