My buyer reported item not received . buyer emails Item received , but
tracking shows item in transit and case still open ? How can I contact
ebay or have case closed ?
Same Issue . I found that if in listing item in upload photo section ,It
would allow me to take a pic and it was fine . But that is very slow .
Otherwise all uploaded pics are black in the past 5 days .
