Yesterday a damaged ink cartridge arrived. The ink was bleeding through
the box and I unknowingly set it on my lap to open. The red ink ink bled
onto my khaki colored pants. The seller should reimburse me for the
damage. Ink will not come out of cott...
I was finally able to speak with someone at eBay and I got to change my
return reason, got a refund for the postage and got the negative
feedback removed.
However, there is no way that I am seeing to change the reason for the
return to "not as described" and I cannot find any help from eBay, so I
guess it just has to stay the way it is.
