For item 223538902198, I'm seeing the buyer was to be charged $19.50,
they paid $12.60 for shipping, then I was charged $24.50 for shipping
with a $6.93 discount for online shipping, so I paid $17.57. What is
going on??
When I click on create shipping label, it pops up a message that says go
to eBay website, set up automatic payments for USPS labels, and print
your first label to turn this feature on in the app. ???? Everything

listed for media mail...only at the time of shipping a sold item.
