I shipped a box to a customer on 7/3 through USPS Ground Advantage. The package has not been delivered after two weeks and has not been scanned since it left my Post Office. I filed a service request with the P.O. and they basically said that the box...
I just received a package back today from an item that was delivered on 4/22. The box was opened and the item was unwrapped. The returned box states refused delivery. I have a no refund policy. What happens now?
