and more horrific ways to charge sellers HIGHER fees , which include

One of the horrific parts of selling on EBAY is the time it takes to
create a listing. So if what you say happened has happened, that could
increase the time it takes some sellers to list their items. And it does
smell of some small number of whiners...
Even if you offer a return label to the buyer.... ebay doesn't not
refund the money for that purchase UNTIL ITEM IS RETURNED TO YOU USING
THAT LABEL. I suggest you do NOT repsond to emails about an item unless
the communication comes through the list...
I think blocking Non payers is a MUST-DO. I give all buyers way past
four days to make sure they have every opporutnity to pay. If there is
no communication either, that is someone to block. These people only
disrupt auction-style selling.
Yes, I have scammers THAT I HAVE BLOCKED, sign up for a new user name so
they can purchase again. EBAY needs to prevent users from chaning their
user name more than once a year by keeping track of the IP address they
use. Better yet, keep their past ...
