Official info from ebay: "Hi there, if the buyer escalates the case and we see that there is movement, we will place the case on hold to give it more time to get to the buyer. ~Tania"

Thank you for your reply. I had enough money on my Paypal. This was a strange technical problem, but ebay resolved it. I had a success talking to them. Long story short, this will not hurt my selling account.
