Ebay emailed me saying to print the shipping label but I cannot as above
is the screen I get. The seller does not accept returns and has not
contacted me. Do I just keep the item now?
Got a buyer telling me she has to pay for shipping again upon trying to
pick it up from her post office. I paid for the shipping through ebay so
it was a pre-paid postage. Why would she have to pay it again?

I brought the item pre-paid to my post office to ship. They scan and
weigh the item right then and there. There was no issues whatsoever
during this phase of shipping so I don't see how there could be issues
