I ship low end cards in toploaders in a 5x7 flat manila envelope and pay
.20 for non-machinable letter... still cheaper that a bubble mailer.
Just can't exceed 1/4 inch thickness.
When I read the requirements, ebay seemed to suggest you could ship
cards in toploaders... but my post office says the semi-rigid envelopes
then need to be sent as "non-machinable"... with an extra charge
this is from ebay... Ship no more than 15 raw cards per package per
envelope (or up to 2 trading cards with top loaders) so... any toploader
will mean the package will be semi rigid....
