eBay's does flag/remove because of medical devices policy sometimes because of the word "Prescription" in the listing.

Fact: "you will get blindsided". I spend 30 minutes on the phone with Ebay to get refund after getting charged the normal rate for shipping, which was about $35. I wonder how many of the same calls they handle a day?
