A few hours ago, on ebay via my paypal funds, I purchased first class shipping because I mistakenly thought it was ground shipping which is required of perfumes sent through USPS, but apperently I need ground shipping, and I can't find a way to cance...

I know perfume is a more restricted item, and I just want to make sure it is allowed to ship, because Ebay was asking me to fill out an online customs form for it.

I remember reading that you have to put the perfume in a spill proof container, and insulate it well so it wont break, and to get that fragile sticker from the USPS front desk worker.

So send it First Class mail and tell the USPS clerk its perfume so they can label it with the fragile sticker?
