I never had this problem before. I called ebay a couple of times. The
reps keep telling me that I need to purchase gallery plus. They are
clueless and have just told me that they will report the problem. Thanks

purchase gallery plus. Then they said they would submit a ticket. This
the 3rd time I've come to this forum and have gotten an immediate and
correct answer.
