Can someone help me how to get a refund for an item that hasn't shipped
the seller has not responded in more then week and I can't find anywhere
on ebay that could help me.
I bought a couple of items that the seller says he no longer has and is
unable to ship me any and yet has not give me a refund and has mostly
ignored me does anyone know how I can contact eBay to settle this matter
