ANDROID UPDATE ON SAMSUNG PHONE NOT WORKING for ebay app

Keeps asking for an update that never installs, uninstalled ebay app reinstalled to no avail , even factory reset ,can ebay help with this issue ?

The classic view link wont work , the other work around clicking active in the hub etc not working , the new view is horrible unworkable , please help me get back to the classic view
