How Far back can you generate a sales report and download? I seem to
only be able to do 3 years, ie through Nov 13 2020. Is there a way you
can go further back?

It doesn't always scan. I have had a few cards that I know were
delivered because the buy left feedback thanking me for the card and the
tracking never even showed as accepted.
Scanning sometimes takes a few days to show up. It kinda defeats the
purpose if the carrier or the counter can't scan it on pickup. You have
no proof you mailed the item. Eventually most of my items show up as
accepted, in transit and then delivered....
