I’m trying to contact eBay about getting a negative feedback removed and cannot get request a phone call.

Is anyone else seeing a major drop in views, watches, and sales on items? And if so what is the reasoning for it? Anything we can do to boost views and watches to back where they were? Any help is greatly appreciated.
