Oh I also forgot to say that last night when I was trying to figure out
this same thing thinking it was some kind of error and that my items
were not promoted...I received 3 sales that were all through Promoted
Listings. So that also kind of affirmed...
I noticed this yesterday too and didn't know what it meant either. It

there so when you click on it you can just change that listings promoted

They changed it in the summer update. If you list a new item...you have
to wait 14 days to put it on sale. I'm also thinking if I'm reading it
right, that if your item was on sale and the sale ended, that you still
