Can't Add Photos From Mobile Device

I'm trying to add photos to my listing, but when I click on "Add Photos From Mobile", nothing comes to my phone. I'm signed into my ebay account on my phone...so what am I missing? Any help would be GREATLY appreicated. Thank you!!
