this seems to be okay with ebay along with many other fraud's, and the
guarantee is a joke, it takes 2 weeks not 3 days to resolve anything,
takes 5 to 7 days just to get an answer, then you must wait for the
money to be refunded so 2 weeks easily
I have had an issue with a vendor refusing to respond to shipping the
wrong part at all in any way, asked if the correct part was available
for exchange again no reply at all, no reply after 6 attempts to
communicate, ebay keeps changing their story ...
