Can you mark an item as delivered? 

Yesterday I won auction and when I went to pay this morning, I found the seller canceled the transaction and blamed me saying I requested the cancel. I did not ask to cancel the transaction.

I have found it virtually impossible to report a dishonest seller to eBay. Although it took 6 nerve-racking days, I have received a full refund, and now I feel comfortable to alert eBay to this seller - but how? Following the eBay scripts, it always ...
