I had two refunds coming. They showed as pending in my checking then they were gone. Both sellers said eBay didn’t forward to me. I have changed nothing and they keep my money? Help

Bought a wiring harness that is 1/2 length wires needed . Seller has given the run around such as we are just selling the ad ect. Help
