There are a lot of small communities that get free post office boxes
because their area has no physical addresses. I live in one of those

you should always take the time to physically hand your packages to the
clerk. that is the only way you know you have delivery confirmation for
that item..
i want nothing to do with this. i already mail 98% of time on next day,
99.5% by 2nd day. but once the pkg is handed over to the postmaster, i
have no control of delivery time. ebay shouild be penalizing usps, not
the unfortunate seller.
