ERROR FedEx Smart Post layouts PROBLEM

I have never had any problems with old FedEx Smart Post layouts; label was placed correctly on the 8.5x11 paper.Why new system messed up? Will they ever fix this error?

Error creating label: Label could not be generated. Internal error.

I tried different computers and different browsers - still got the same error:"Error creating label: Label could not be generated. Internal error."

Why there is no way to print USPS First Class label if you enter 16oz?

Why there is no way to print USPS First Class label if you enter 16oz? It automatically chooses Priority for you and First Class disappears....
