eBay doesn't let me change contact Info, I am having problems with checkout, as in cart doesn't respond to payment, cannot get a message to a representative to get this resolved since I can't receive message at old email or old phone #

Can't checkout from cart, item price is covered with "view in cart" or "Add to list". Unable to change phone # or email address.
