I am so upset! I had like 10 very heavily time invested drafts saved and now they are gone. I did them before the holidays with the intention of listing them after the holidays. Went in and they are all gone! I see where it says drafts only saved 30 ...

do I have any recourse? I bought an item from ireland and they used tissue thin paper to wrap it in. I received the envelope but it was torn open and the item was gone.
