Charged for unused shipping label

I mistakenly clicked the "Purchase shipping label" twice for a sale. I then cancelled the 2nd shipping label. But I just noticed I was charged for it, anyway. There's no obvious way to get eBay to refund the charge or even notify eBay of it.
