Is there anything I can do about templates freezing? I am currently on hold and can't list anything. It freezes and I lose everything. Very frustrating. I have been using Ebay for 8 years and never been so disappointed.

Does anyone have a fix for this problem that has been ongoing for a long time?

Every time I try to save a draft it doesn't work. Now it also doesn't let me list the item. The circles just keep spinning around and then I lose everything I have typed . Is there a fix for this?

This problem is so frustrating. If I reboot the computer I lose the photos and sometimes the description of the item I am listing or saving. Does anyone know how to correct this problem???
