I hadn't listed in a couple months, then a couple weeks ago I went to do some listing and found this new format. At least half of the time I try to up load pictures it refreshes the page and the pictures and other details I just loaded in disappear. ...

Why in the world does eBay collect fees on sales tax?! The seller never sees the tax much less gets to keep it. Why does is the tax included in the fee calculation? Please explain the logic behind this someone from eBay preferably, but if anyone else...
