why isn't my listing showing up on selling sight? is this not what i payed insertion fees for?

only printing one label and being charged two times on many item i ship out some up to two and three days later being charged again.

dozens of payout going on almost a month and NOT a dime deposited into account. but ebay manages to remove money easily for there fees with no issues. really stinks
